nma.tv Metta World Peace, formally known as Ron Artest aka Ron-Ron, will likely be suspended after the Los Angeles Lakers small forward “unintentionally” gave Oklahoma City Thunder sixth man James Harden a concussion during Sunday’s basketball game. Harden’s concussion was the result of an elbow thrown by Mr. World Peace after he celebrated a dunk in the first half of the basketball game. World Peace was given a flagrant foul type 2 and ejected from the game. The Los Angeles Lakers went on to win 114-106 over Oklahoma City in double overtime. World Peace did apologize, but he is still expected to get some sort of suspension. Metta World Peace has been in and out of the spotlight for his controversial actions, the most notorious being his key role in the fan-player brawl during the 2004 Pacers-Pistons game.
